On February 14, 2025, Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference announcing the declaration of a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.15 per share, marking an increase of $0.01 per share from the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 26, 2025.

RICHMOND MUTUAL BANCORPORATION, INC.
INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND 7% TO $0.15 PER SHARE
RICHMOND, IN – February 14, 2025 – Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBI) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on Richmond Mutual Bancorporation common stock of $0.15 per share, marking an increase of $0.01 per share, or 7%, from the previous quarter. The cash dividend will be payable on March 12, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 26, 2025.
