SQM RESUMES ITS OPERATIONS IN THE SALAR DE ATACAMA

Santiago, Chile, January 15, 2024 – Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) (NYSE: SQM; Santiago Stock Exchange: SQM-A, SQM-B, the “Company”) informs that as of this date, it has gradually resumed operations at its Salar de Atacama site following the clearance of the roads which were previously blocked by communities. The company expects to resume normal operations throughout the course of the day.
