On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, Shattuck Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2021 Annual Meeting”) at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time. As of the close of business on April 15, 2021, the record date for the 2021 Annual Meeting, there were 41,871,439 shares of common stock entitled to vote at the meeting. At the 2021 Annual Meeting, each of the Company’s director nominees was elected and the other proposal voted on was approved. The final voting results are set forth below.
