Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on July 15, 2021, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its second quarter 2021 financial results on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at https://investors.terex.com.

Terex Announces Second Quarter 2021 Financial Results Conference Call

NORWALK, CT, July 15, 2021 - Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) will host a conference call to review its second quarter 2021 financial results on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time. John L. Garrison, Jr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will lead the call.

The Company’s financial results will be issued and available at https://investors.terex.com after the market close on Thursday, July 29, 2021.

Participants are encouraged to access the webcast 15 minutes prior to the starting time. The webcast will be available for replay at https://investors.terex.com.
