On March 9, 2026, Travel + Leisure Co. (the "Company") posted new written investor presentation materials on its investor relations website at investor.travelandleisureco.com. The Company intends to use such materials from time to time in meetings with the investment community and for general marketing purposes.
The Company may use its website and LinkedIn as a means of disclosing information concerning its operations, results and prospects, including information which may constitute material nonpublic information.
