(b) John P. (JP) Bilbrey, a member of the Board of Directors (the
“Board”) of Tapestry, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Company on September 16, 2025 that he would not stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders scheduled to be held on November 13, 2025 (the “Annual
Meeting”). Mr. Bilbrey’s decision not to stand for re-election was not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter. Mr. Bilbrey will continue to serve as a member of the Board until the Annual Meeting.
