Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(d) On April 14, 2020 the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tapestry, Inc. (“Tapestry” or the “Company”) appointed John P. Bilbrey to the Board. Mr. Bilbrey’s appointment to the Board was reported under Item 5.02 on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 14, 2020 (the “Initial 8-K”); such disclosure is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. At the time of the filing of the Initial 8-K with the SEC, Mr. Bilbrey’s Board committee assignment had not been determined. On May 7, 2020 the Board confirmed the appointment of Mr. Bilbrey to the Audit Committee of the Board.
