Shareholders’ Meeting Resolutions of TSMC North America, a subsidiary of TSMC
TSMC North America took the following actions and adopted the following resolution by written consent without a meeting on January 20, 2025, in lieu of annual shareholder meeting of the shareholders:
•Election of Directors. Sylvia Fang and David J. Keller were elected as directors of TSMC North America. The directors of TSMC North America remain unchanged.
