(the “Company”) previously received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (the “Nasdaq”), indicating that the Company did not comply with the continued listing requirement of minimum stockholders’ equity for the Nasdaq Global Market, as set forth in the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(b)(1)(A). The Company received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department, dated December 5, 2022, indicating that the Company has evidenced compliance with the alternative set forth under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(b)(2)(A). This matter has been closed.
