Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Directors or Officers; Election ofDirectors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 22, 2022, W. Joseph Williams, the President, Products Business of Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from the Company effective May 2, 2022, in order to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Williams’ decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the policies, procedures or practices of the Company.
