On October 6, Upexi, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its management will be participating in several October 2025 investor conferences, including A.G.P.’s Digital Asset Treasury Showcase on October 8, Planet Microcap Showcase between October 21 and October 23 and Maxim Growth Summit between October 22 and October 23. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
