(NASDAQ: VCTR) (“Victory Capital” or the “Company”) today reported assets under management (AUM) of $166.6 billion as of December 31, 2023, and average assets under management for December of $163.5 billion. The Company also reported long-term net flows in the fourth quarter of -$1.1 billion.
