On January 27, 2020, George J. Mangieri, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Westlake Chemical Partners GP LLC (the “General Partner”), the general partner of Westlake Chemical Partners LP, notified the General Partner of his intention to retire upon the assumption by his successor of the Chief Accounting Officer position, which is expected to be around March 31, 2020.
