Fundamentals & valuation

Pull structured financials from SEC XBRL — statements, single concepts, revenue segments, KPIs, the non-GAAP bridge, guidance, valuation multiples, and risk flags. Every figure is sourced from filed SEC data and shown as reported, never estimated.

GetFinancialFact

A single XBRL financial concept — revenue, net income, diluted EPS, total assets, operating cash flow, and the like — returned as a time series with one row per fiscal period, drawn from SEC Company Facts. Each row carries the period end, fiscal year and quarter, the value and unit, and the SEC form, filing date and accession it came from. The latest restated value is used by default; set asOriginallyReported to see the figure as first filed. Pass an unknown concept to list every supported alias.

Parameters: ticker (required), concept (required — an alias such as revenue, net-income, eps-diluted, total-assets, operating-cash-flow), form (e.g. 10-K), fromDate, toDate, asOriginallyReported, maxResults.

Ask: "What has NVIDIA's quarterly revenue looked like over the past few years?"

Returns (trimmed):

revenue for NVDA (Nvidia Corp) — latest restated:

CompareFinancialFact

Compares one financial concept across several companies for the same fiscal period — a peer table with one row per ticker, each showing the latest-restated value; tickers with no data for the period are listed separately. A fiscal period follows each company's own fiscal calendar, so issuers with different year-ends are lined up by fiscal label rather than by calendar date.

Parameters: tickers (required — comma-separated, up to 25), concept (required), fiscalYear (required), fiscalPeriod (default FY; or Q1Q4).

Ask: "How did NVIDIA's revenue compare with AMD, Intel, Broadcom and Qualcomm in fiscal 2024?"

Returns:

revenue — 2024 FY peer comparison:

| Ticker | Company | Value | Unit | Form | Filed |

GetFinancialStatement

A full income statement, balance sheet, or cash-flow statement for one fiscal year and period, from SEC Company Facts (XBRL). Returns the standard line items — revenue, cost of revenue, gross profit, operating income, net income, EPS and so on — each with its latest-restated value, period end and source filing; defaults to the latest reported period when no year is given. Company-specific dimensional facts (e.g. product-segment revenue) are not part of a statement — use GetRevenueBreakdown for those.

Parameters: ticker (required), statement (income, balance, or cashflow; default income), year, period (FY or Q1Q4).

Ask: "Show me NVIDIA's latest income statement."

Returns (trimmed):

GetRevenueBreakdown

Revenue disaggregated by business segment, geography, and product/service — built from the dimensional XBRL facts the issuer tags in its own filings. Annual fiscal years only, latest-restated values, one table per axis the company reports; every figure is as-reported and never estimated.

Parameters: ticker (required), maxYears (default 8, max 12).

Ask: "How is NVIDIA's revenue split across its product lines?"

Returns (trimmed to the product/service axis and recent years; segment and geography tables are also returned):

GetCompanyKpis

The company's own key performance indicators, extracted from its Item-2.02 8-K earnings releases, earnings-call transcripts, and 10-K/10-Q MD&A — the operational and non-GAAP figures XBRL does not carry (subscribers, units delivered, backlog, ARR, DAU/MAU, adjusted EBITDA, free cash flow, same-store sales). Each metric is a time series with its latest stated value, period, the year-over-year change when a prior-year figure is on file, and the verbatim disclosure. Omit metric for the latest-reading overview of every KPI; pass one to expand its full period-by-period history.

Parameters: ticker (required), metric (optional — expand one metric's full history; matches the company's own labels case-insensitively).

Ask: "What operating KPIs has NVIDIA reported — free cash flow, data-center revenue, gross margin?"

Returns (trimmed — 24 metrics on file):

# Company KPIs — NVDA (Nvidia Corp)

24 metric(s) on file, each with its latest stated reading.

| Metric | Latest | Period | YoY | Source quote |

| Remaining share repurchase authorization | $58.5B | Q4 FY26 | — | As of the end of the fourth quarter, the company had $58.5 billion remaining under its share repurchase authorization. |

GetNonGaapBridge

The GAAP-to-non-GAAP reconciliation "bridge" for each stated non-GAAP measure — Adjusted EBITDA, adjusted EPS, adjusted operating income, and the like — extracted from a company's earnings releases: the GAAP starting line, each stated adjustment in order, and the non-GAAP result, with the period, unit and verbatim source quote, verifier-approved and newest filing first. GetCompanyKpis carries the same bridge inline alongside a metric; this tool returns the reconciliations on their own.

Parameters: ticker (required), limit (maximum source filings to read, newest first; default 6).

Ask: "Walk me through how NVIDIA reconciles GAAP to its non-GAAP figures."

Returns:

No non-GAAP reconciliations have been extracted for NVDA yet.

Coverage of the non-GAAP bridge is rolling out across issuers; once a company's reconciliations are extracted, the tool returns the GAAP starting line, each stated adjustment, and the non-GAAP result with verbatim source quotes.

GetGuidance

Forward guidance ranges issued by management, extracted from Item-2.02 8-K earnings releases and earnings-call transcripts (some issuers, e.g. Microsoft, guide only verbally on the call). Each guided metric carries its range, unit, GAAP/non-GAAP basis, period, verbatim disclosure, and as-announced provenance (form, filed date) — newest release first, so the first rows are the current outlook. Revenue and diluted-EPS guidance also show the reported actual and an above/within/below verdict once the guided period's XBRL facts land; non-GAAP guidance is never scored against GAAP actuals.

Parameters: ticker (required).

Ask: "What is NVIDIA's guidance for next quarter?"

Returns (trimmed):

# Earnings guidance — NVDA (Nvidia Corp)

1 release(s) on file, newest first — the first rows are the current outlook.

| Filed | Metric | Period | Guided | Change | Basis | Actual | vs Guidance |

GetValuationMultiples

Trailing-twelve-month EV/Revenue, EV/EBIT and P/E, each shown against the industry median and quartiles so the multiple reads in context. TTM figures sum the four most recent discrete fiscal quarters; enterprise value is market cap + long-term debt + current debt − cash, all tagged at the same balance-sheet date; a company missing a required input is excluded from that ratio, never estimated. For REITs (SEC SIC 6798) the reply also carries P/FFO and P/AFFO computed from the company's own SEC-stated FFO/AFFO reconciliation.

Parameters: ticker (required).

Ask: "How expensive is NVIDIA versus its industry?"

Returns:

# Valuation multiples — NVDA (Nvidia Corp)

- Industry: Semiconductors
- Market cap: $5,105,231,929,277
- Enterprise value: $5,101,464,929,277
- TTM revenue: $253,491,000,000
- TTM EBIT (operating income): $162,285,000,000
- TTM diluted EPS: $6.53

| Ratio | Company | Industry median | Industry quartiles |
|---|---:|---:|---:|
| EV/Revenue | 20.12× | 11.30× | 2.98× – 15.94× |
| EV/EBIT | 31.44× | 53.09× | 25.54× – 131.25× |
| P/E (TTM) | 32.31× | 57.14× | 24.95× – 182.91× |

Industry context: Semiconductors, 58 companies with a computable multiple. A dash means the input is not tagged or the sample is too small.

GetValuationMultiplesHistory

The same EV/Revenue, EV/EBIT and P/E multiples recomputed at each past quarter's filing date — one row per quarter, up to ~10 years. Every sample is point-in-time: it uses only the facts filed by that date (no look-ahead through restatements) and that day's close, with per-share figures and prices restated onto one split basis. A quarter missing an input shows a dash for that ratio, never an estimate.

Parameters: ticker (required).

Ask: "How has NVIDIA's P/E moved over the last several years?"

Returns (trimmed — 26 quarterly samples on file, oldest first):

# Valuation multiples over time — NVDA (Nvidia Corp)

| Quarter | As of | Close | P/E (TTM) | EV/Revenue | EV/EBIT |

GetCustomerConcentration

A company's disclosed customer-concentration risk — statements like "one customer accounted for 26% of revenue." Each disclosed figure carries its basis (revenue or receivables), the customer count, the percentage, the period, and the verbatim filing quote, plus the source filing. Figures come from verified extractions of the filing's own narrative text (most filers leave the disclosure untagged); a company with no disclosure returns a miss, which is not a statement of no risk. The example below is Arista Networks, whose filings name two end customers each above 10% of revenue.

Parameters: ticker (required).

Ask: "Does Arista Networks depend on a few large customers?"

Returns:

# Customer concentration — ANET (Arista Networks, Inc.)

From the company's 10-Q filed 2026-05-06 (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001596532/0001596532-26-000078.txt) — verified extraction of the filing's own narrative text; nothing is estimated.

| Basis | Customers | Percent | Period | Quote |
|---|---:|---:|---|---|
| Revenue | 1 | 26% | the year ended December 31, 2025 | Sales to one end customer represented 16%, 15%, and 21% of our total revenue, and sales to the other end customer represented 26%, 20%, and 18% of our total revenue for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024, and 2023, respectively. |

GetGoingConcernStatus

Whether the company's latest SEC filing states substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern — with the verbatim disclosure, the source filing, and the full history of when doubt appeared, was alleviated, or cleared. Flags are extracted from each company's newest 10-K/10-Q narrative and verified before publication; a filing with no going-concern language counts as no doubt, as NVIDIA's does here.

Parameters: ticker (required).

Ask: "Has NVIDIA's auditor flagged any going-concern doubt?"

Returns:

# Going-concern status — NVDA (Nvidia Corp)

**NO CURRENT FLAG** — the newest examined filing states no going-concern doubt.

## History (newest first)

| Filed | Form | Substantial Doubt | Alleviated | Quote |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2026-05-20 | 10-Q | no | no | — |

A "no" doubt row with no quote means the filing contains no going-concern language — that is what clears a flag.
