GetAtmPrograms

At-the-market (ATM) equity programs — executed sales/distribution agreements under which a company sells new shares directly into the market. Returns the original agreement date at its filed precision, latest amendment, money and/or share capacity, cumulative sales, remaining availability with per-figure dates, and source filing. Bare table figures are normalized only from an exact filing scale header; nothing is estimated. Coverage is rolling out, so an empty result states the scanned scope rather than claiming no program exists.

Executive and director appointments and departures, extracted from Item-5.02 8-K filings — each with the person, role text exactly as filed, a separate normalized role classification, the nature of the change, its effective date, the verbatim disclosure, and a link to the source 8-K. The output names the queried company's own coverage — how many of ITS 8-Ks the lane has read and the filed-date span they cover (the lane drains newest-first and is still back-filling history) — and an empty answer distinguishes "covered filings disclose no changes" from "filings not yet processed."

Parameters: ticker (required), maxResults, offset (default 0), action (Appointed / Resigned / Terminated / Retired), startDate / endDate (filed-date window, YYYY-MM-DD).

Named-executive pay from the company's DEF 14A Summary Compensation Table — salary, bonus, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive, other, and the company-reported total, per fiscal year. Amounts are nominal USD exactly as disclosed. Coverage is limited to US DEF 14A filers (foreign private issuers file 20-F and are not covered) and is still back-filling: the header states the newest imported fiscal year next to the newest proxy on file, so stale coverage is self-describing.

ScreenStocks

Screen US listings, or European, Chinese and Hong Kong listings with market, by combining range filters across datasets — market cap, price, sector, industry, 13F filer count and its quarter-over-quarter change, short interest %, days to cover, the composite squeeze and insider-sentiment scores, net insider buying, and the going-concern flag. Every bound is optional, and each returned row names its sector and industry taxonomy.

Parameters: all optional.

Other filters:

• sector, industry, and hasGoingConcernDoubt restrict the matching companies.
• index keeps members of one covered index, by slug or name: sp-500, S&P 500, nasdaq-100, or Russell 2000. An unknown name returns the accepted list.
• market accepts comma-separated ISO country codes, such as GB,FR or CN,HK, or all. The default is US; an uncovered code returns the covered list.
• tickers accepts up to 200 US symbols to screen stocks you already hold. Every other bound still applies. BRK.B resolves to the listed form, a secondary listing resolves to its issuer, and symbols outside the covered universe are named in the response.

A company listed in the US and on its home exchange, such as Shell, appears under its home listing when market names that country but not US.

Non-US rows carry identity, price and market cap only. Their ticker is a qualified MIC:TICKER symbol such as XPAR:AIR, which AddPortfolioLot, WatchInstrument and UnwatchInstrument accept and the other tools do not. Price and market cap are in USD at the official exchange rate, with the traded close beside the price.

Sorting and pagination:

• sortBy: marketcap (default), ticker, name, price, filers, filerdelta, sipct, dtc, squeeze, sentiment, insiderbuy, pe, divyield, revgrowth, grossmargin, dollarvol, or netincome. Unknown keys are rejected.
• sortAscending controls sort direction.
• maxResults defaults to 50 and is clamped to 1–200.
• page defaults to 1.

GetGovernmentContracts

Federal contract awards won by a company, from USAspending — each with the award date, the recipient as the government named it, awarding agency, award type, total value, period-of-performance end, award ID, and description.

Read the Recipient column: an award frequently lands on a subsidiary's own name rather than the parent's, and that name is the evidence tying the award to this company. An Outlays column — what the government has actually disbursed against the award, as opposed to what it obligated — appears when the answer carries the figure; USAspending reports it on a minority of awards, so it is omitted rather than filling the table with dashes.

Parameters: ticker (required), startDate, endDate, maxResults, offset (default 0), sortBy (amount default — largest total value first — or date for most recent first), agency (case-insensitive substring on the awarding agency, e.g. Defense).

GetFdaAdvisoryCommitteeMeetings

Scheduled FDA advisory-committee meetings, soonest first, with the date, meeting title, FDA center, type, and a link to the per-meeting FDA page (the only place that names the product and sponsor under review). A forward-looking list of announced meetings, not a historical archive (coverage starts in late 2025), and entries are not linked to stock tickers. Malformed or inverted date arguments return an error instead of silently searching a different window, and an empty window reports the calendar's covered span.
