Read the Recipient column: an award frequently lands on a subsidiary's own name rather than the parent's, and that name is the evidence tying the award to this company. An Outlays column — what the government has actually disbursed against the award, as opposed to what it obligated — appears when the answer carries the figure; USAspending reports it on a minority of awards, so it is omitted rather than filling the table with dashes.
