Supply chains

The customers, suppliers, competitors and partners that annual 10-K reports name, read from the company's own filing and from every other listed company's filing that names it. Each row keeps the verbatim sentence and its filing, a revenue or receivables share only when the filing states one, and that share in dollars when the same filing reports revenue. Nothing is inferred: a company missing from the list is not evidence of no relationship. Both tools require the Pro plan; other plans get counts without names. The same data backs the stock page's Supply Chain tab, ALVIS and the supply chain REST endpoints; the supply chain API overview puts them side by side.

GetSupplyChain

A company's supply chain: the customers, suppliers, competitors and partners named in annual 10-K reports, its own and those of other listed companies that name it, with any revenue or receivables share the filing states, the verbatim sentence and the source filing. Filings rarely tag these names in XBRL, so each 10-K is read by a model and checked by a second, independent pass against the filing text; a row whose quote is not in the filing, or whose counterparty is an anonymous label such as "Customer A", is dropped. A share always belongs to the filing that states it, so "13% of Thor Industries Inc's revenue" is part of Thor's sales, not its dealer's. A revenue share also reads in dollars: the share times the annual revenue the same filing reports, shown with its working; when the customer is a listed company, that amount is also given as a derived share of the customer's own revenue for an overlapping fiscal year. A share whose period the filing's revenue cannot match stays a bare percent. Rows another company states are mirrored: a filer naming this company as its customer appears as one of its suppliers. A competitor's Role starts with who names whom ("Mutual", "Named by THO" when only this company's 10-K names it, "Names THO" when only the competitor's does), and competitors are listed mutual first, so a one-sided mention never reads as an agreed rivalry. A company missing from the list is not evidence of no relationship. Requires the Pro plan; other plans get the count per side and the overview's unnamed figures. The same data backs the stock page's Supply Chain tab.

Parameters: ticker (required; a US ticker, or MIC:TICKER such as XBRU:BAR for a listing outside the US, whose rows all come from US companies' 10-Ks), maxResults (companies per side; default 50, max 500), side (customers, suppliers, competitors or partners; default all four), quantifiedOnly (only companies with a stated share; default false), lens (stated, the default, orders by the largest stated share; dependsOn by the share of this company's revenue each company accounts for; dependents by the share of each company's own revenue that comes from this company; stated or derived shares count).

An Overview opens the answer: the summed revenue share the company's own 10-K states for its named customers, the largest customer's share and the largest share a supplier's 10-K says comes from the company, each with its stated period. Other plans get the count per side and these figures without names.

THO's latest read annual report: 10-K filed 2026-09-22 (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0000730263/0000730263-26-000027.txt).
A share is part of the stating filer's own revenue or receivables. A revenue share's dollar amount multiplies it by the annual revenue the same filing reports; a customer's derived share divides that amount by the customer's own revenue for an overlapping fiscal year. Rows another company states are mirrored: a filer naming this company as a customer is one of its suppliers.

GetSupplyChainOverlap

Which of a company's suppliers and customers also supply or buy from its listed competitors, from the same 10-K readings as GetSupplyChain. Each competitor is labelled with who names whom: each names the other, named by the company, or naming the company. A competitor's suppliers and customers come from its own latest read 10-K plus the 10-Ks of US filers that name it, so a supplier only the competitor's own filing would name is unknown, not absent, until that filing is read; the answer lists those competitors. Two names are one company when both resolved to the same listed company, or, when either is unlisted, when their written names match, so a company written two ways (a full name and an acronym) can still appear twice. Requires the Pro plan; other plans get how many suppliers and customers are shared, without names. The same comparison backs the Overlap view of the stock page's Supply Chain tab.

Parameters: ticker (required; a US ticker, or MIC:TICKER such as XPAR:SU for a listing outside the US), vs (one competitor's symbol as GetSupplyChain lists it, such as AMD; splits each side into suppliers or customers both use, only the company uses and only the competitor uses; omit to check every listed competitor), maxResults (companies per side and group; default 50, max 500).

Ask: "Which of NVIDIA's suppliers and customers also serve its competitors?"

3 of them have no 10-K of their own read yet (AMZN, AMBA, BIDU): a supplier or customer only their own 10-K would name is unknown there.
