Returns the most recent insider transactions for a stock, straight from SEC Form 3 and Form 4 filings. Each row names the insider and their role, the transaction type (purchase, sale, award, gift, tax payment), the share count, per-share price, dollar value, and the shares held immediately after — so you can read whether officers and directors are net buyers or net sellers.
