Ionic Digital is a digital infrastructure solutions and cryptocurrency mining company. It was formed in January 2024 to acquire the cryptocurrency mining assets of Celsius Mining following Celsius's Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Historically, the company monetized its powered digital infrastructure assets by mining bitcoin, and more recently it has shifted to primarily leasing its digital infrastructure assets to hyperscalers, enterprise customers and other businesses for high-performance computing and AI cloud infrastructure. In October 2025, it announced a 126-month lease with Nscale covering 234 MW of capacity at its Ward County, Texas property, which was later amended to add 89 MW of additional capacity.
