Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 18, 2025, AbCellera Biologics Inc. issued a press release announcing it has entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Bruker Corporation, resolving the patent litigation between the two companies globally. AbCellera and Bruker Reach Global Settlement of Patent Litigation VANCOUVER, British Columbia-- AbCellera (Nasdaq: ABCL) today announced that it has entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Bruker Corporation, resolving the patent litigation between the two companies globally. As part of the settlement, Bruker will pay AbCellera $36 million up front as well as future royalty payments on sales of Bruker's Beacon® Optofluidic platform products worldwide through the life of the licensed patents.
