Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

On September 8, 2020, Bridgeline Digital, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). Shareholders present at the Meeting, either in person or by proxy, represented 67.62% of the 4,459,059 shares eligible to vote at the Meeting.
