“As of June 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, the Company had $214,475 and $2,278,340 in cash, accumulated deficit of $191,375,494 and $183,492,179 and cash flow used in operations of $4,167,954 and $25,275,375, respectively. The Company has incurred and expects to continue to incur significant costs in pursuit of its expansion and development plans.
