Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective June 26, 2024, Tony Scavuzzo has been appointed to the Compensation Committee of the Board. Mr. Scavuzzo has received regulatory approval to serve on the Board and the Bank’s Board of Directors.
