In addition, as of June 30, 2026, the Company had an accumulated deficit of approximately $82.23 million. The Company's cash and cash equivalents as of June 30, 2026 may not be sufficient to fund operations and other commitments for at least the next twelve months from the date of issuance of these consolidated financial statements. Accordingly, the Company has concluded that substantial doubt exists about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of issuance of these consolidated financial statements.”
