“The Company previously disclosed conditions that raised substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern, which included, but were not limited to, uncertainties surrounding the Company's ability to repay certain indebtedness then-outstanding under the Credit Agreement (as defined within Note 8 herein), and compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price listing requirements (as disclosed within Note 9 herein).
