We believe that our cash and cash equivalents of $7.6 million as of June 30, 2026, together with our ability to raise additional capital from the $200.0 million Sales Agreement with Cantor, will be sufficient to fund our operating expenses for at least the next 12 months from issuance of these financial statements.”View the 10-Q filed Aug 12, 2026
