On June 26, 2025, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share payable on July 24, 2025 to holders of record as of July 17, 2025. The text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Exhibit 99.1 to this report is being “furnished” to the SEC and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.

Dime Community Bancshares Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend for
Common Stock
Hauppauge, NY – June 26, 2025 – Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCOM) (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of Common Stock, payable on July 24, 2025 to common stockholders of record as of July 17, 2025. The Company continues its trend of uninterrupted dividends.
