While the Company generated net income of $250,122 for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026, and total stockholders' equity increased to $607,197, management has determined that the accumulated deficit and working capital deficit continue to raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of twelve months from the date these financial statements are issued.
