“The Company incurred net cash outflows from operating activities of $265,184 for the nine-months ended May 31, 2026 ($282,534 for the nine-months ended May 31, 2025) and as at May 31, 2025 has incurred cumulative losses of $15,782,229 that raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. In view of these conditions, the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is in substantial doubt and dependent upon its ability to generate sufficient cash flow to meet its obligations on a timely basis, to obtain additional financing as may be required, to receive the continued support of the Company's shareholders, and ultimately to obtain successful operations.”
