On March 14, 2024, Empire Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company is scheduled to participate in the 36^th^ Annual ROTH Conference to be held at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Nigel in Dana Point, California, on March 17-19, 2024.
