These factors raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. Notwithstanding the above, the Company believes that the available cash in the Company’s bank accounts, anticipated cash from operations, and financing availability from related parties are sufficient to alleviate substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern for at least the next 12 months.”
