The distribution is payable on or about June 30, 2026 to common stockholders of record as of May 11, 2026. The Board of Directors has also declared a corresponding second quarter 2026 cash distribution on its convertible Series A Preferred Stock in an amount equal to the as-converted common distribution amount.
