(the "Company"), the parent company for GBank (the "Bank"), announced it plans to release its first quarter 2026 financial results on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at approximately 1:15 p.m. PST, and will host its quarterly earnings call on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST.
