Effective December 16, 2022, the Company’s principal executive office will be relocated from Unit 512, InnoCentre, 72 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong to Units 2613-18, 26/F., Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
