Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously disclosed, on May 14, 2025, Wendell P. Weeks, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Corning Incorporated (the “Company”), will be speaking at the J.P. Morgan 53^rd^ Annual Global Technology, Media and Communications Conference, starting at 9:20 AM (ET). Mr. Weeks will discuss the Company’s recent upgrade of its Springboard plan and provide business updates, including developments in the Company’s Optical Communications segment and Solar business. A live audio webcast of the presentation will be available on investor.corning.com under Events & Presentations. A replay and transcript of the webcast will be available for 12 months following the presentation.
