Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 31, 2022, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a twenty-seven cent ($0.27) per common share second quarter cash dividend, payable June 30, 2022 to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2022.

A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Isabella Bank Corporation Announces Second Quarter 2022 Dividend

Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, May 31, 2022 - Isabella Bank Corporation (OTCQX:ISBA) today announced its Board of Directors declared a second-quarter cash dividend of $0.27 per common share at its regular meeting on May 25, 2022. The dividend will be payable June 30, 2022, to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2022. Based on ISBA’s closing stock price of $25.00 per share as of May 25, 2022, the annualized cash dividend yield is 4.32%.
