On May 4, 2021, Isabella Bank Corporation (the "Corporation") held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The matters listed below were submitted to a vote of the shareholders through the solicitation of proxies, and the proposal is described in the Corporation's Proxy Statement filed with the SEC on March 26, 2021.
