Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers

On December 11, 2023, Zhong Zhuowei resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board and President of the Registrant. Mr. Zhong will remain the Secretary of the Corporation and a member of the Corporation’s Board of Directors.

On December 11, 2023, the Board of Directors appointed Zhu Linhai to serve as Chairman of the Board and President of the Registrant. Mr. Zhu was elected to the Board and appointed Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant on November 29, 2023.
