“The Company has historically incurred recurring operating losses and negative operating cash flows and expects to continue to incur operating losses and consume cash as it executes its business plan. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date that the condensed financial statements are issued.
