(the “Company”) posted on its website at http://investors.endrainc.com an updated investor presentation that includes an interim cash balance of the Company of $9.5 million as of February 28, 2021. A copy of the updated investor presentation is also furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
