Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, November 25, 2022 – Nu Holdings Ltd. (“Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market that, on November 18, 2022, the Central Bank of Brazil ("BCB") postponed the effective date of the BCB Resolutions 197, 198, 199, 200, 201 and 202, from January 1, 2023, to July 1, 2023. These resolutions were the object of the Notice to the Market disclosed by the Company on March 14, 2022.
