We will likely seek to raise additional capital to support our growth or other strategic initiatives through the issuance of debt, equity, or a combination thereof. There can be no assurance we will be successful in raising additional capital on favorable terms, or at all. As a result, there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.”
