As discussed in the Note 2 to the financial statements, the Company has suffered net losses from operations in current and prior periods and the Company has incurred net working capital deficit, which raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. Management's plans regarding those matters are discussed in the notes to the financial statements.
