On February 21, 2024, Olin Corporation’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 on each share of Olin common stock. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2024. This marks Olin’s 389th consecutive quarterly dividend.
