On October 30, 2025, Provident Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per common share payable on November 28, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2025.

ISELIN, NJ, October 30, 2025 - Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE:PFS) (the “Company”) Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per common share payable on November 28, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 14, 2025.
