(b) Resignation of Directors
On July 19, 2023, Julie A. Morehead submitted notice of her resignation as a director of Plumas Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiary, Plumas Bank, effective immediately. The Company thanks Mrs. Morehead for her service to the Company and wishes her the best in future endeavors.
