Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 24, 2025, Patricia Maryland, a member of the Board of Directors of Privia Health Group, Inc. (the “Company”) and Chair of its Compliance Committee, passed away. The Company is saddened by her death and grateful for her service and meaningful contributions to the Company over the past five years.
