Phillips 66 Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend
The board of directors of Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.27 per share on Phillips 66 common stock, representing a $0.07 increase. Phillips 66 and Kinder Morgan, Inc. Announce Launch of Subsequent Open Season for Remaining Western Gateway Capacity and Expanded Origins and Destinations
Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) and Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) today announced the launch of the second open season for the Western Gateway Pipeline (Western Gateway), a newly proposed refined products pipeline system. As previously announced, the initial open season concluded in December with significant shipper interest, including shipper commitments. The second open season is for remaining pipeline capacity, and adds new access to the Los Angeles market via a joint tariff supported by the planned reversal of one of Kinder Morgan’s existing SFPP lines between Watson and Colton, California. In addition to expanding the offered destinations, the second open season adds additional origin points to enable supply diversification and optionality for customers. Phillips 66 Limited agrees to acquire Lindsey Oil Refinery assets
Agreement follows Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery Limited’s liquidation and is pending completion subject to satisfaction of closing conditions. Key facilities to be integrated into the Humber Refinery rather than restarting standalone refinery operations at the Lindsey site. Investment will strengthen the Humber Refinery, boost domestic energy security, ensure continued supply of quality fuels to the UK and help secure UK jobs. Phillips 66 Limited has agreed to acquire Lindsey Oil Refinery assets and associated infrastructure pending completion subject to satisfaction of closing conditions, including customary regulatory clearances.
