CONTENTS

On May 4, 2021, Mr. Stanley Stern notified PolyPid Ltd. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Stern’s resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
