Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 18, 2021, the Management of ReoStar Energy Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), entered into a Letter of Intent with Entrex Oil and Gas Market with the intent of merging Oil and Gas private company production into ReoStar Energy. The LOI is subject to a Definitive Agreement mutually acceptable to, and executed, by both parties.
