ITEM 8.01 Other Events

On March 21, 2025, Phoenix Plus Corporation (the “Company”) will host an investor Zoom meeting to update its current shareholders regarding the Company’s strategic direction, and upcoming action plans,. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM Malaysia Time (MYT) and will include a 10-minute question and answer session.

This event will be conducted exclusively online via Zoom; no physical meeting will occur, and no recording of the meeting will be available. Participation in the meeting requires prior registration through a Google Form, with the Zoom meeting link being provided upon successful registration. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is an annoucement with further details regarding the investor meeting.
